Join us for a full day of fun, friendly competition, and community spirit at our annual YLC Pickleball Tournament—open to all players 21 and up! Whether you're here for the competition or just looking to enjoy a great day outdoors, this event has something for everyone.

All proceeds support the impactful projects and initiatives of the Young Leadership Council (YLC)—so you’re not just playing, you’re giving back!
This year’s tournament is proudly chaired by Benjamin Johnson.

🏆 Tournament Details

🎉 Format:

• Doubles tournament (non-sanctioned)

• Open to players 21+

• You do not have to be a YLC member to participate

Each team is guaranteed at least 4 matches. All games played to 11 points.

💲 Entry Fee: $50/person

Single Registration- $50.00

2-Player Registration- $100.00

Sponsors:
T-shirt Sponsor- $500.00

Court Sponsor- $1000.00

🍽️ Food & Drinks

• Snacks in the morning

• Light lunch provided

• Alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages available starting at 10 AM
  City Park has bleachers and benches, but feel free to bring your own outdoor chair for maximum comfort!

🎾 Balls will be provided — please bring your own paddle.

Bring your best Halloween costume and show us what you’ve got!

📝 Registration Info

To register, we’ll need the following from each participant:

• Name

• Contact Info

• T-shirt Size

• Day-of Phone Number

• Skill Level (choose from Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced)

Pick your registration type:
👯 2-Person Team – Register both players at once
🤝 Individual with a partner – List your partner’s name (they must register within 7 days)
🔍 Individual looking for a partner – We’ll pair you with someone of a similar skill level! (Email Benjamin Johnson at benjamin@oliviergroup.com)

🧠 Skills Bracket

When you register, let us know where you feel your team best fits. We’ll assign you to the Competitive (Teal) or Leisure (Purple) bracket based on your selected skill level and preferences.

📊 Skill Levels (based on DUPR guidelines—not required but helpful):

• Beginner – Just starting out (DUPR < 3.0)

• Intermediate – Comfortable but not advanced (DUPR 3.0–3.49)

• Advanced – Competitive players (DUPR 3.5+)

Whether you're a seasoned player or brand new to the sport, this is your chance to meet new people, have some fun, and support a great cause.
