Role Model Series: Employee Engagement and the Future of the Workplace with Heidi Kiesling
Location
New Orleans, LA
Description
Join our third event of the 2024 Role Model Series; a conversation and tour with Heidi Kiesling, Community & Employee Engagement Director at Pan-American Life Insurance Group!
She served on the Workplace Strategy Team that spearheaded the flexible work program at the company, as well as reimagining the physical space where employees come to work to create a place of collaboration, connection and creation. This initiative kicked off well before the start of the global pandemic. At the event, we'll hear more about the intentions and science behind the design of the space, and how the initiative changed and evolved around remote work culture post-pandemic. Heidi will touch on how they are continuing to set the standard for employee engagement and how you can influence engagement, resource groups and participation - even if you don’t have "HR" in your title! Refreshments will be served.
In addition to her role at Pan-American Life, Heidi also plays a very active role in the community representing Pan-American Life in their philanthropic endeavors. She works closely with organizations such as United Way, Junior Achievement, French Quarter Festivals, NOBA, New Orleans Hispanic Heritage Foundation, just to name a few. Prior to joining Pan-American Life, Heidi worked as Branding and Promotions Manager at ASI Federal Credit Union (now OnPath Federal Credit Union) where she created a brand and implemented the brand across all 16 branches throughout Louisiana. Heidi is currently serving as Board President on the New Orleans Hispanic Heritage Foundation and Nicaraguan Relief Fund boards. She also serves on the Academy of the Sacred Heart’s Alumnae board.
